he doesnt want to commit and he says he doesnt see the point of having a relationship.

but i think we are seeing each other although we have never even held hands or kissed.

i feel he doesnt like me that much and he doesnt take that much time off with me. but he is keeping me around so that he could be seen by his friends to have a date. like he is inviting me along for this vacation on the west coast with his pals and their wives and girlfriends. and ive gone along to dinners with his pals too and they all think that i'm his girlfriend.

i dont know if i should continue with this. the more i am involved with his life, the more emotionall vest i become in him. i feel that he doesn't like me enough and its bad that he doesnt want to commit. but what if i am wrong about him. i do like him quite a lot.

Today I went to the bank and deposited a $1000.00 check. When I returned home, I checked my online statement and saw that I did not only have the $1000.00 pending deposit once, but twice. I suppose they entered it in the system twice or maybe a computer error.

Since, I am waiting for the pending deposits to go through, I am deciding what I should do. I know the ethical answer, but before I do anything I want to wait and see if they mistake corrects itself before it is actually in my account.

If the money does end up in my account, I wonder what I should do. Should I see if the mistake gets noticed? I know not to spend the money because the bank will take it back as soon as it is noticed. Would it be unethical to transfer it to a higher intrest savings account since I get to keep the interest? Or- should I do the right thing and inform the bank of there error? If I do inform them, will I get their employee in trouble?

What would you do in this situation?

is it possible to install windows vista without having to reinstall drivers and such? Because I seem to have...misplaced... the recovery dvd that came with my laptop (i know, not good at all). I was really hoping I could upgrade to vista without having messed up speakers, graphics, etc. I've tried Vista on my brother's laptop and was quite impressed by what I saw (not a single freeze I couldnt fix quickly or crashes! yay!!) And ever since I tested my own laptop and found out it was vista premium capable, ive been DYING to upgrade, except for this little (haha) nagging issue.

Anyways, thanks in advance!!!

I can tell she is totally in love with me and will be a devoted wife. All of a sudden though the rest of my life is flashing before me - and the fun of this honeymoon period is waning. I'm going off thinking about everything, job, life, everything and feel like I am going to throw up from stress. I feel out of control. Any thoughts?

Gazoontight sounds like something you say in an informal setting or to a 3 year old. And "bless you" might be offensive to someone who, quite honestly, doesn't want "your blessings". What is the PC way to acknowledge a sneeze?

Why do I have to love him??? Why can't I have an opinion? What should I do?

Although I am in need of some kind words it is going to be a good day. You see my mother in law is being released from the hospital today and she will be coming home to live with me and my husband. Her health is on the poor side, triple by-pass in Feb. and now she batteling vascular problems in leg and foot. In fact she was in jeopardy of losing the leg. By nothing short of a miracle she has regained blood flow to the leg and foot. She was scheduled for another surgery this week and the flow just returned!! I am so thankful she at this point will not lose the leg. Anyway I am rearranging furniture, bunking my 2 very small boys in one bedroom to make room for her. I do not mind at all. It will be a pleasure to have her here. I am just anxious to get this transitioning period behind us becuase I know I it be a adjustment for the whole family. This family of 4 with 2 boys ages 2yrs and oneonly 8 mos. just became a family of 5. The challenge will be of the time management nature and of the

Florida Child killer John Couey was sentenced to death last week for kidnapping, raping and murdering 9 year old Jessica Lunsford.

Couey takes her from her bedroom, holds her prisoner for 3 days, sexually assaults her, promises to take her back home then bounds her, covers her with two garbage bags, digs a deep hole, puts her in it then fills the hole with dirt.

Forensics determines Jessica sufforcated to death slowly but not before she managed to poke two tiny holes in the garbage bags with her little fingers. Jessica was found cluthing a stuffed dolphin her daddy won her at a carnival.

What crime could be more horrific that this?

I just moved into my very first apartment 3 hours from home. We are basically living in a off-campus student housing apartments. Meaning they are rented out per room and the living room and the kitchen are shared. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath place. I get along with one of my roommates (Roommate A)as if she were a an old friend. THe other roommate(roommate B) is the one who we are having problems with. Both (me and my roommate A) had observed something that were against the lease. Like giving people keys, smoking pot in the apartment, not throwing out her trash, Etc. We reported our roommate B to the management and the roommate B basically denied everything!!!! She said that we are the ones who have overnight guests all the time and that we make the most noise and don't clean up after ourselves. Which is completely false because Both my roommate A and I are extremely clean, we have early classes so we mostly fall asleep around 11 midnight at the latest. So yesterday when the management

My older son just started first grade and is having problems focusing on his school work. He prefers to stand, bounce, and make cartoon-like noises instead of complete the task at hand. I've always noticed that he's had problems paying attention to things for a good length of time, save for TV and games. However, there's times when he'll get up and wander away from his favorite movies. He's really a bright kid, does great at math, reads like he's ten, and is extremely artistic. He can repeat what the teacher has just said when she suspects he hasn't been paying attention. His kinder. teacher noticed this as well.

I'm not eager to medicate my kid if he's got ADD, I'd prefer to find a method where he can learn to control himself. There has to be another way, some kind of exercises that we can do instead. The teacher hasn't been sending homework with him yet, but I have workbooks that he does and I insist that he read for an hour every day.
