Gazoontight sounds like something you say in an informal setting or to a 3 year old. And "bless you" might be offensive to someone who, quite honestly, doesn't want "your blessings". What is the PC way to acknowledge a sneeze?

the Spanish say "salud!" (sa-loodt)(salute! may be close enough) meaning health! when someone sneezes. that might be a good choice, as long as no one gets insulted if you say something in Spanish to them. although it seems to be ok when people say the German "geshundheit". people are so touchy theses days, I don't know what to suggest to you, but i think i would try "salud!".

You could try 'excuse you.' If you think that might sound a bit forward, 'bless you' is probably the best way to go, because, even though it's technically a Christian term, it's come to pass as a necessity in common, polite conversation.

Or if the person simply says 'excuse me', which would be the most polite thing to do in a professional setting, you're covered and needn't say anything at all.

Nothing, but I will offer a tissue. It wasn't part of my culture growing up to say anything. In fact, it was sometimes seen as rude to bring attention to a sneeze. I work with a diverse group of people, and many don't say anything. It can be surprising for an American who just started, but it's okay in the end.

"Bless You".

Weather if they want to hear it or not. This problem that they might have might need to be worked out between them and someone higher?

You will never stand alone when you are giving someone a gesture as saying "Bless You".

i'd still say bless you. the world is so full of new offenses, there's no way of knowing what would offend anyone. it would be rude not to say anything at all. if i say bless you to someone, i'm not preaching, i'm just being polite. they'll get over it.

Cover your face you disease infested whore. Still gettin drinks later right?

A thousand years of pain and misery on your bloodline.

I own a gun. Stop sneezing right now.(Only works for Dick Cheney if you're hunting with him)

Go to hell.

Or just say nothing, give them a grotesque as if it pains you that they exist, place your palm on your forehead and walk away.

Bless you. This way with no mention of a God or Goddess this person can asume u are giving them a blessing based on whatever they worship.

Jerry Seinfeld once said you should say "You're so good looking!" That's not offensive to anyone!

Gazoontight? What is that?
Do you mean: "GESUNDHEIT"?

"God bless you" is just part of the vernacular and is perfectly acceptable to say.

I say "I hope you checked your pants" - but then again - I am not very professional.
