COURSEWORK HELP

Im currently occupied by my Geog C/Work and i needed to ask you a question that could help me lots for my essay.

Why has Baseball never really developed in other countries apart from USA?

I will need to examine certain areas:

-> Financial
-> Political
-> Religious
-> Geographical

Any help would be nice, as ive been searching the net and not really finding anything useful, it may help to get the views from some of you. Thanks in advance.

Think you might want to reconsider your thesis. Most our new and quite talented players come from overseas! (Japan, China, Cuba) I suggest researching modern baseball and diversity.

The question is totally wrong. Baseball is a popular sport all over the world. The little league World series was just held, the US won over Japan. Cuba has great baseball teams. Baseball is a leading sport in China. Baseball is popular, not necessarily the leading sport, but all over South America. Who told you it hadn't developed outside the USA, they are so wrong.

Baseball has developed in other countries, but you don't hear about it as much. Some Latino countries (maybe Cuba, or Puerto Rico) and some island places play baseball and it's a big deal--it just hasn't blown up to America's standards.

Infact, check out the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antiles. They play baseall and have have teams.

Baseball HAS developed in other countries. In the caribbean, it's played with a passion. Cuba especially loves baseball.
