My dad's birthday is coming up, and every year we've made our own pickles, but this year he won't have any time so my mom and I want to kind of theme his birthday around pickles. I've been looking but the only thing I've found is a pickle of the month club which is great. Do any of you know of anything else fun that has to do with pickles??

This co. found my resume on line, hr called me I drove out and looked at the store, waited for dm to call, he called when I was away, it was late so i called back next day. Never heard back so after 2 days I called hm, had to leave another message and still have not heard anything? Should I have done anything different? Should I contact them again?

If f(x) = ax^2 + bx + c, where a, b, and c are real numbers, and f(x) > 0 for all x, then does 'a' have to be positive? Who can prove this? I have tried some arguments using concepts from calculus but have not, to my mind, been successful. It's driving me crazy, so I'd love it if one of you can produce a clear, cogent proof that 'a' has to be positive if f is everywhere positive.

He also had a high fever 2 days ago of 101.5 and then yesturday was 100.7 i'm not sure what to do he was given shots last month and also is teething which the doc said it could be from but what else could it be . i'm also nursing .

Hi I have been onthe patch for years now. But for a week now i have been bleeding out my vagine like I am on my period. Even though I am currently wearing the patch. I did not have my patch on too long or anything. I am not due for my period for another two weeks. And ever since yesterday I have had these horrible dizzy spells. I feel like some just shook my head as fast as they could and once my head stopped hskaing my brain kept going.........This is so weird. And I am feeling sick to my stomache with these dizzy spells/ Please help me

I have an extremely tiny two gallon tank that has two female bettas in it that like eachother. i have a ten gallon also that is cycling right now. i want to keep 3 corys the ten gallon with about 5-10 tetras. can i put my two female bettas in there too? their other tank just seems too small for them now that they're older and full size. how can i move them safely. i have a bunch of other small tanks that i can move them in that is use when i clean my tanks, should i just do that? will bettas, catfish and tetras be okay in a ten gallon? should i just keep my bettas in their own tank and possibly get a bigger one so that they have more room? they are fine in their two gallon tank, i just want them to be in a bigger one. i used to have tetras with my female betta before and now i m just wondering about the catfish.

I am seeking here to clarify the teachings of the Koran. Does the Koran teach that given a position of power Muslims should impose Islam ? Would they be tolerant and allow democracy to rule ? The contrast here is with America, where Christianity is dominant, but America is not a Theocracy, though admittedly some Christians there would like it to be. The Bible does not have a lot to say about the State and governance whereas the Koran appears to have a lot to say about it. Am I right in saying that Christianity is all about the individual whereas Islam is all about power and control of communities.

Last night, my friend told me that someone had broken into her friend's car, & had stolen her debit card, & her friend's purse. They reported the situation to the police, and later that afternoon, the police revealed to them that they'd found the people that had taken their things. It turns out, that it was a homeless couple that had done this... My friend said they'd gone to Wal Mart, and bought 100 dollars worth of things...but the ONLY thing they'd bought was food. They basically wanted something to eat, & that's what the police found them doing. Now my friend has a dilemma. The money will be returned to her debit card; however, she doesn't know if she should press charges or not. I told her I don't know what i'd do because I honestly don't. She is torn between compassion,&the desire to prevent them from going& doing this to others. I find this situation intriguing&also very sad.... I told her to do what she thought was best. Faced with the same situation, what would you do?

I left New York a long time ago but I miss it's authenticy in its food. In one category , I have not met any Pizza matches - no where- that can top the plain ol' New York cheese pizza. Plus, the best were made in the Pizza storefronts.

I took my ex fiance to small claims court because he owed me money for a loan I took out (and am still paying on) for his vehicle repairs. The idiot was 5 minutes late to court...the Judge never even acknowledged him, asked me a few questions, and then ruled in my favor. My questions is...can the ex idiot file an appeal if he didn't even show up on time for court the first time???
