I've got a limited budget, and don't mind a little cosmetic damage (scratches/scuffs), performance is more important to me, as I'd probably just scratch a new laptop anyway.
Could anyone suggest somewhere that does cheap, refurbished laptops?

I saw and heard the work of the guy at Sterling Myer Emco, Joe If I remember correctly, hispanic guy. The system sounded terrible and he broke stuff in the guys car! The staging is terrible and the sound quality is atrocious!

Which should you listen to more?

example: We in America believe ourselves to be moral, charitable, god fearing people who have opted to spread our way of life around the world.

The world sees us a tyrannical gluttons with no morals who just want to exploit the weak to become richer.

Which point of view is reality? Which is more important?

I have a question for all women out there. Are you ok with your guy not wearing underwear most of the time? I have been blessed to find a woman that is ok with it. I see so many women on the net that find it so offensive. I am a 31 year old that keeps clean. I try to stay as hygenic as possible, but I sometimes leave the inevitable "skidmarks" every once in a while. My girlfriend is fine with it and says that we will just need to wash my clothes more often. The only time I wear underwear is when wearing a suit or dress pants. Other than that, I wear jeans, cargo shorts, and soccer and basketball shorts without underwear. I love the comfort of feeling my clothes rather than being confined by underwear. I have been doing this since my early 20s without any physical problems. Never had a problem with the zipper. Most jeans and shorts (Abercrombie and American Eagle) have a piece of material to protect you from the zipper. jerry_taylor31@yahoo.com

My soon to be little step brother will be turning 9 in January.....Any Idea of a good, durable, and nice pocket knife that isn't too expensive? I'm willing to pay up to $20.00 for one... Oh, and he also love the woods and the outdoors, so It has to be an absolute durable knife. Also, he doesn't like serrations!!! Thanks, Garrett.....

I have type 2 diabetes... been diagnosed for about a year now. My doctor just checked mine because my monitor has been telling me that my sugars have been consistantly in the 140's. In the morning I'm lucky if they are in the 120's. Usually the morning check is in the 130's. He changed my montitor to one that you can check the accuracy, I did that and it still shows the higher levels. I'm not on any medications. I was hoping he would put me on glucaphage or something like that. I'm eating right, excercising 6 times a week, etc. My doc did the blood test at a lab that checks your blood sugars for the past 3 months and he said they were good and for me to keep a log of my testing at home and see him in 4 weeks.

for an English project, I've had to research a person from Greek mythology and now i must compare him to a modern day person. i was assigned to research Perseus, but i can't think of anybody to compare him to. What bothers me the most is other’s impatience when you are in trouble. I was once stuck rather badly in the snow spinning my wheels helplessly and getting upset at other motorists blaring their hors at me like it was going to help, and then making rather rude and crude comments as they passed by. I was stuck in that one place for over an hour before anyone was kind enough to stop and help me get my car free.
