Of course you can! I would use it morning and night, drink plenty of water and use a good cleanser and toner before moisturizing. Neutrogena is a wonderful product and I always tell my clients to buy their moisturizer and SPF products! In the morning I recommend a moisturizer with a MINIMUM of SPF 30 or 45 and Neutrogena has wonderful products.
