The "general partner" (sometimes erroneously referred to as a "general partnership") of a limited partnership can indeed be a publicly traded company, but this is a different question. Also, I know that limited partnerships can be publicly traded. My question, however, is whether a general partnership --which is composed only of partners who manage the partnership and are liable individually -- can be a publicly traded entity. Thank you!

Now Imagine theres a point 'A' vertically above the surface of earth. the distance of point A from the horizontal plane is given by X metres .also, imagine theres no atmosphere.

Now Imagine from within that point A , a chain {made of identical oval shaped rings linked sequentially} keeps on appearing {materializing}

and it starts to fall down due to gravity and hits the ground.the liks which appear from within point A are static and are pulled down by the links below them i.e., the faster you pull the faster the new links materialize. now what will be the velocity of the chain { particularly the rings} when they hit the ground if X = 20 metres .(remember the chain keeps on materializing from the point A}.

i think the terminalvelocity of the chain can be given by Vt = squarerootof (Xg)

where g = acceleration due to gravity(take g= 10 m/s^2).
now sqrroot of(20*10) = 14.14.so , here Vt = 14.14.

When asked what do you think should happen to vick a user said

hang him, drown him and then electrocute him just like he and his criminal friends did to those defenseless animals. Or is he and the and his friends the animals?

now is that a little disturbing? Now I gaurantee Vick never killed a human but thats what everybody is acting like. I dont like asking vick questions and they were supposed to be banned 8 weeks ago by Yahoo! but this is just getting a little absurd

I mean, when they are in a nude scene by themselves the just might be really naked,but what about when they have to be naked and acting out a sex scene? Are they really fully naked? Or do you think they might be wearing a small patch or piece of cloth to cover their genitals, so the actors won't really have any sort of contact with each genitals. I think about that specially about the actors who happen to have really life partmers.

Whenever I read a book or watch a show with my favorite characters if something bad happens; I can't just shrug it off. I feel really bad afterwards. In Return of the Joker, when Robin was tortured by the Joker; I cried. In the middle of a good book I become really angry at the characters when they make a stupid decison, and or I can't fell really happy when they've accomplished something. What is it about characters and authors, that can touch human emotionals and the soul so deep? Why do we all fell, sometimes, like these fictional characters are part of us?

The Greek Orthodox Church can trace ITS apostolic succession to Timothy, and hence from Paul, so they may actually be on firmer ground . . .

Yet any number of sects, schisms, denominations and cults claim THEY have the "One True Faith™" by virtue of a superior understanding of the Buybull, or some kind of private revelation . . .

Heathens, Pagans, and Wiccans all seem to understand that spirituality is personal and/or cultural . . . doesn't that seem more likely to be correct, generally speaking?

Okay I know that sounds really bad but listen....

I am 18 and I have legal custody of my sisters two kids. And I'm having all sorts of problems!!!

Okay the four year old she came home from camp the other day asking about suicide. And I refused to answer, because that's not a decent topic for a 4 year old! But guess, what she knew about it all ready!!!! So here I am trying to convince a four year old that, it's a very bad thing, and God doesn't approve. Then I thought that was the end of that!!!

But today when we didnt have any chicken nuggets, and had to eat chicken fingers instead, she flipped, and threw a hissy fit! Announcing outside in the backyard, where the neighbors could hear....that if I didn't go to the store and buy some she'll commit suicide!!!!

I know I shouldn't take this seriously, but what if I'm wrong and I should pay attention???

Mind you, she has a history of abusing the dogs! Just read my old questions for more info.

For awhile, me and my boyfriend had been driving my car around on a flat. We stopped to fill it up not too long ago and then yesterday, on his way home from work, he turned and spun out of control.

It jacked the front passenger side of my car up (where the tire is) and some say that if the frame is bent, then my car will be considered totaled because that is not fixable? I'm no expert on cars but I'm almost postive that there is frame damage so I'm kind of scared. It sucks because other than that, the car is in perfect condition, runs great and is kind of new.

Any help?
