Politicians in general, our City Council in particular. The second time I saw a homeless man going thru the trash can, I called the police, as it seems a real invasion of privacy. They said there was nothing they could do, as there was no city ordinance for trash cans on the street. But that's where they have to be for the mechanical arm to pick up the trash can. I was told they get frequent complaints about this.

That guy or woman who you cant help yet to choose to hearken to them respiration. the only you finally end up gazing whenever you get the possibility. Making it appear as if your the sole 2 human beings interior the halls.... to boot your buddy thats status next to you waving their hand in front of your face, attempting to interrupt your concentration. sorry.
