No I could not live without sugar! I am too addicted to the habit if having it in tea and especially coffee!

I sure could (probably). But Elvis ya gonna destroy me with all these restrictions. I don't take sugar in my tea now, 'cause I been eating too many doughnuts. I'm sure you know how that is Elvis.

Certainly. I always check ingredients. Even low sugar foods have artificial sweeteners. Th problem is, if I do have sugar, I get high.

Nope. I can go for a few days and then I go into chocolate withdrawal. Doctors and experts can tell you all sorts of things about food cravings, but from experience when I crave chocolate nothing else is going to fool my body into thinking it had chocolate unless I eat the real deal.

aYes don't have sugar in tes or coffee or on cereals and have mostly fresh food so dont really cook with it. I suppose there are a few things that wouldnt taste good though

I'm living mainly without food these days and have lost half a stone this week. I love it, it makes the hunger worth while.

We don't. I remember the ribena incident too. With my first child, being young & believing everything products said I used to give it to my daughter alot, until I found out it was all sugar.I know exactly what you are saying. I hated giving my babies baby food. I too made my own, & used the shop bought stuff when we were away. We really don't know what we are feeding our babies with jars of baby food do we.
