I live in North Carolina im 16 now but i got my permit when i was 15 oct. 20 of 06 i failed my grade in 9th but still had a D average when i failed can i still get my licence oct. 20 of this year if i bring my grades up?

Your permit/License has nothing to do with your grades unless your parents take it away if you dont get your grades up.

The only thing that permits you getting the license are your parents consent and age.. Just as long as your old enough.. you can get it

I checked (and copy and pasted) the requirements for a NC license. It states that you must be 18 to get a license. In Arkansas (where I live) you must carry a C average to keep your license/permit until you are 18. If grades fall below that, your license is revoked. Check the NC website below.
