I mean, when they are in a nude scene by themselves the just might be really naked,but what about when they have to be naked and acting out a sex scene? Are they really fully naked? Or do you think they might be wearing a small patch or piece of cloth to cover their genitals, so the actors won't really have any sort of contact with each genitals. I think about that specially about the actors who happen to have really life partmers.

I read some scenes they are having sex for real. there was a list of movies that did the real thing for the camera. There are also clear nylons warn in certain circumstances, and then the are points at which they are touching buy if you look close you can see they're not lined up to be doing what they are doing.

Having actually shot a nude scene for a movie, I can say no - pasties and bottoms. There are always exceptions, of course, but I'm going from personal experience here.
Also, when you're casting you have to tell the actors/actresses right away that the role involves nudity.

I think sometimes they use body doubles that look very much like the actor/actress and through clever editing, you don't notice the difference. Long camera angle on body and then a close up of the head and shoulders for instance.

Ya I think they are covered in certain places. I mean, if you were an actor, would you like to actually be having sex with a co-worker? Especially if you were married to someone else.....Ya, I'm pretty sure they wouldnt let that happen

Sometimes they are because you would see their butt. Acting out a sex scene they would have some very thin shorts on.
