all you eat is being transfered into energy when inside your body and only if not spent- its gona be stored into fat reserves.
sugar is carbohydrate so one gram is 5 cal - 33g=165cal - its not much and its easy to burn that off although it is digested fast. Go for a jog or take a brisk walk for 30-40min.
