Blow guns are not legal in California. California panal code 12582:-

"Any person who knowingly manufactures, sells, offers for
sale, possesses, or uses a blowgun or blowgun ammunition in this state is guilty of a misdemeanor."

To my knowledge Blow Gun hunting isn't legal anywhere here in the States. California state law won't even let you possess one legally.........
