I got the OCS contract; go to basic then OCS.
I was thinking about changing the order of my job preferences. MI is my first pick followed by Infantry. I was considering changing infantry to my first pick... A captain told me they only like to pick people for Infantry Officers that are really gunhoe about it and have it as there first pick...Anyway, when I asked my recruiter if we could change it prior to me leaving for basic he said dont worry about it b/c u will get the chance to pick them again at basic. Whats the deal here???? Is there truth to this or are my preferences written in stone??

What would people like to be referred to as from now on?

Personally, I would like to go with "justice seekers" and "Wishful thinkers"

(and before anyone says we don't need labels to put on different groups, you are right, but groups are gonna be labelled regardless of "rift causing" so we may aswell come up with names that every one agrees with, agreed?)

One afternoon, a bear was chasing a rabbit through the woods. As the rabbit dove through a bush in an attempt to escape, he collided with an old dusty genie lamp. This tripped him up, which in turn tripped up the bear, and the both of them tumbled down a small hill along with the lamp, which promptly opened.

The genie turned and saw the two animals, and said, "Clearly, I owe my freedom to you both. Normally, I would grant three wishes and no more, but since you have both helped me, you shall both receive three wishes!"

The bear shoved the rabbit aside and said, "I wish all the other bears in this forest were female!" The genie replied, "Done," and turned to the rabbit.

The rabbit was deep in thought, and finally said, "I wish for a motorcycle helmet my size." The bear rolled his eyes, thinking, "What a waste of a perfectly good wish!" But the genie simply said, "Done," and a small motorcycle helmet appeared in the rabbit's paws, and he put it on.

Hi, I'd like to buy a rifle in the US but I live in Canada. Is it legal to buy a rifle in the states and register it at the border? Please don't give me any answers along the lines of "Move to the states". Nothing wrong with the US but I live where I live.

Im looking and have done a fair amount of research. Nikon dont give an international warrenty. Olympus do but i hard my mind made up on a Nikon model.

If it breaks can i not send it off for repair AT ALL without paying, when back in the uk??.

Can i get int warrenty with proof of purchace if i go to a Nikon store when i go home??.
