we see all of the people that are out there that are in need of someone to be there for them, or that need someone's help.

Whenever you have the chance, do nice things for people. i garantee you will get something nice back.

For example, if you are at the grocery store, you walk up to your car, with your grocery cart, and you see an old man or lady that needs help with carrying their bags to their trunk. Carry them for him/her. you'll feel really good.
