When democrat Congressmen espouse 9/11 conspiracy theories, how can you respect yourself and still call yourself a democrat?

The Republican Party has more than its fair share of perverts while it hypocritically bludgeons the American people with its family values and sanctity of marriage propaganda. As for dictators, note that the Bush administration has absolutely no problem with dictators who are either friendly to the US or who have no oil.

If conspiracy theories abound, they are helped by the secrecy and the lies of the current administration. The Bush administration has made its activities suspicious by refusing to be honest and open and by trying to cover up its illegal activities as well as its egregious mistakes.

Republicans have made themselves ridiculous by their anti-science, bible-thumping, flag-waving distractions while most Americans want to deal with the serious problems that affect our nation. Criticizing the Democrats goes but so far when people have begun to realize that at least the Democrats are trying to do something worthwhile while the Republicans, bereft of ideas, keep trying to distract us with nonsense, red-baiting and propaganda.

I practically die from laughter every time I read one of these 9/11 conspiracy posts. These conspiracy theories are so half-baked it is laughable. If you want a point by point rebuttal of the loose screw documentary "Loose Change" and other loony theories go to popularmechanics.com. Or watch the 9/11 conspiracy show on the History Channel.

Oh wait, the History Channel is a illuminati freemason jewish fascist psy-ops operation, and so is popular mechanics. And wait, I almost forgot, so am I, I am on their bankroll, and I have a computer chip implanted in the back of my head so that I will do their bidding.

My final point is that the common 9/11 conspiracy theorist rarely is able to understand basic science, especially physics. Have you ever heard of pancaking? If the support beams in a skyscraper heat up enough to weaken them (not melt) fail, and just one floor collapses, it creates a MASSIVE amount of energy falling to the ground, and then the building collapses downward floor by floor. The massive amount of air leaving the building as floors collapsed caused the dirt and debris to vacate very quickly. This debris is what conspiracy theorists point to as "evidence" of explosives. Nope, actually evidence of a textbook skyscraper collapse.

Go back to school and study engineering, then come back and we'll see if you are still a conspiracy theorist.

And wait, I almost forgot, so am I, I am on their bankroll, and I have a computer chip implanted in the back of my head so that I will do their bidding. Foiled again by the Bush Administration.

(Its also funny that conspiracy theorists think that the government is that competent and well-organized.)

You know, I have answered a lot of these questions over the past few weeks, and it just amazes me that you how you guys keep coming up with a few individuals and then group the rest of us in with them.

I guess I must be one of the moonbats. Liberals/democrats?

Well, of all the moonbats I know, there isn't one who thinks this was an inside job.

After all if fuel can't melt steel or weaken it, which is what I hear from them, how was it that a fuel tanker truck caught on fire underneath an freeway overpass and melted the steel underside leading to the collapse of that entire section of freeway?

Please don't group all of us moonbats into the same idiotic group."

I've read all the theories, I've seen a lot of them come from outside this country, I have watched the videos, I have listened to the so called "experts", and there is nothing that could convince me that anyone but bin Laden was behind that attack. And I know of no one else, dem or rep that thinks otherwise.

Whomever does think this was done by someone ese is smoking opium and whistling Dixie.

i don't see any. a million/2 of the TEA occasion are reasonable democrats, who might want to sometime be waiting to vote for democrats lower back, yet precise now, the TEA occasion is busy reforming the Republican occasion, throwing out the previous couple of Rockefeller/united states club/organization republicans who had became it into Democrat Lite. Elections are won by skill of which occasion gets the a brilliant variety of the different occasion to vote that's way. precise now, Republicans have the clean area. yet in no way underestimate the Republicans skill at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. appears like each time we pull the set off, the gun is often pointing at our collective foot!.

I agree, vote republican. Maybe we can get another great President like the current one? Maybe we can get more great congresspeople like Cunningham, Ney and Foley? After six years of the Bush administration how can anyone be proud to be republican? This administration has shredded everything in the conservative agenda yet people still speak of republicans like they are the answer to the problems they have created. Insanity, voting for the same party and expecting different results. If you hate America, vote republican, again.

Most of the answers so far are the saddist I have ever seen! Just shows you just how right you are about these Liberals. The Democrats take the quote from the English publisher Ernest Benn, (1875-1954) literally. "Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it whether it exists or not, diagnosing it incorrectly, and applying the wrong remedy."

Conspiracy theorists? You mean because Democrats believe that the reasons presented by the Republication Administration and supported by the right wing of the National Republican Party for going to war in Iraq was deceit and lies?
Communism? You referring to President George W. Bush who looked deeply into Putin's eyes and saw only LOVE there?
Perverts? are you kidding? Children in youth centers in Texas have been sexually assaulted for years? How many Republican congressman have been arrested for sexual perversions with children. Contact male prostitutes?
My heavens man! Is that a good question to ask when Republicans are so boisterous about Iraq? About wanting to retain the White House and the Senate and Congress?
Whoo! Boy!
Thanks a bunch

The real problem is our republican leadership is pushing people to the left who normally would vote conservative - we are losing our base rapidly because republicans are failing to do the things promised for the american middle class - we need to clean our own house before we are really disempowered . we need to go back to small govt - minimize the deficit - helping small businesses grow and prosper - sound economics - less intervention in foreign affairs and peoples lives - free markets -the list goes on and on for what republicans have gone away from and in the end if we fail to see this we are going to lose the next presidential elections and more of congress - the last election should have been our wake up call to go back to our roots that founded the party - ronpaul2008.com

How can anyone not take the Republican party seriously when they have been consistent destroyers of the earth, liars, thieves and hypocrites? This lot of republicans are the most vile politicians, left or right, to ever reign in America. They have destroyed the good name of democracy, and taken the earth to tribulation. All will be judged according to their works.
