Two sets of things seen is, of course, double vision.

Which way's the doubling - side by side, one above the other or at an angle?
Is it still there if you shut each eye in turn?
Those will be vital clues for your doctor sorting this out.

Two main possibilities:
1) a small strabismus purely for distance. That could be treated with spectacles and possibly with exercises.
The double vision would disappear as soon as you shut *either* eye, looking at the traffic light.

2) uncorrected astigmatism. You would not actually be seeing double, but seeing the two ends of the astigmatic blur.
This doubling might still be there on closing either eye,
(if the astigmatism is in both) or might disappear on shutting one eye but not on shutting the other, pinning down the eye with the problem.
The answer would be an optical correction, not exercises.

There are other much rarer options, to be looked for only if neither of the above apply (99% of cases!) .

True double vision, not just blurry vision warrants a visit to the Ophthalmologist. There are several muscle problems that are associated with this problem.
Also was this a sudden change? If so go to your Primary Care Physician for an appointment

If you are fine seeing upto 100m thats great.. your problem is quite normal, the vision of too close and far away objects become blurred.
