Does anyone know of anything natural that helps hot flashes?

She seems to be very friendly and was good around my little brother. She was a show dog that has had three litters of puppies and her owner wants her to retire and have a relaxing life now. Part of the agreement is that we have to get her spayed. She has a couple of cysts - on on her back and one on her belly. The owner said they can be easily removed by the vet, which I know to be true because I had a Dane before and he had cysts. The only thing I don't like about this dog is that she seems to be very slobbery and my mom doesn't want slime all over the walls and floors. All in all she seemed really friendly, though. We have no other pets at home and there would be no one home during the day (everyone's at work and school) but she would potentially get walked once in the morning by my dad and once by me at night. Do you think getting her is a good idea?

My sister is a very hardworking good girl.

Now that I am pregnant and I do not work, I thought I would make her life easier this summer.

My mom and I have been baby-sitting her son all summer, and I watched her house with a dog for a month, while she was gone on her vacation.

My fiance is upset about it, because I am always tied to my sister's house, dog and son. Plus this summer we are planning our wedding, but because I am baby-sitting we had to give up a lot of our own plans.

We are going to live ten minutes away from my sister. She is really excited and she makes all vacation, get-away plans with her husband, assuming I would always be available to babysit at any notice. My fiance is very apprehensive.

How do I let my sister nicely know that I am going to have my own family and our own plans, and I am not always available at the first notice?

Of course I am still going to help out, but I do not want to be over there everyday.

Even though I'm the one who broke it off 4 months ago I still feel the pain. It feels like I've experienced a death of a loved one. The problem with this is that I think I'm getting over it, and then when I least expect it the pain and memories slap me upside the head. When I get up in the morning, at work, taking a shower. I know that eventually time will heal my wounds but is there anything I can do in the meantime to keep me from feeling so miserable?

I am almost 5"9 and my measurements are 36-26-38 (size 6 in dresses). I usually never weigh myself, but I got on a scale yesterday and I weigh 165 pounds!!! According to BMI calculators, that is close to borderline overweight for my height, but I am not fat! Also, I work out 2-3 times a week but not enough for me to be so muscular that it would all be muscle weight. How is this possible?

I have been in a very long distance relationship for 18 months now - we met over 2 years ago when I was living overseas and were very close friends but did not get together as I was seeing someone else. We stayed in touch after we both left the country to go elsewhere and we became closer. We got together over the phone and have stayed in touch by phone, email and messenger. For the first year we kept planning to meet up but his job would get in the way (it requires him to travel a lot at short notice to very remote parts of the world). Now we have realised that we are not going to see each other again for at least another year to two years and we have officially split up but we still get on so well and I love him so much that in my head we have not really split up. What I am scared about is whether I am wasting my time waiting for him for two years when it might not work out (I am not getting any younger) however I really can't imagine life without him! Advice please!

So, I'm going to be a bridesmaid for this couple's wedding and I have no clue about what I should do with my hair. I cut it recently and it's up to my shoulders and layered at the bottom. For thousands of years, slavery has existed in society. The Irish were enslaved, murdered, raped, staved to death. Their shanti houses burned on random. Jews have been enslaved for thousands of years and then just recently during WWII where more jews, gyspies, catholics were killed in a few years in concentration camps than in the entire duration of american slavery. All throughout Europe, asia slavery flurished. The native americans were enslaved in camps and slaughtered and starved. During WWII, descendants of Japanese heritage in america were put in concentration camps. I am not trivializing African slavery. If you think that this is an attempt to do so, move on and dont waste my time. I'm simply asking why all these other ethnic groups hardly ever make a peep about their enslavement whereas alot of African Americans act as though they were enslaved last week even though it happened 150 years ago. Meanwhile, there are jews still alive who suffered the attrocities & never mention it.

My husband and I are considering divorce. We have twin 3 year olds. He plans to request joint custody. I wouldn't have a problem with that if he spent time with his children now. He is scheduled to keep the kids while I work one day a week, but he usually says he can't because he's tired, or plans something else. This year they've went to daycare on his day more than he has kept them. He hardly ever sees them. I get them up everyday, take them to daycare on their scheduled days, I spend the evenings with them, cook dinner, give them their baths and put them to bed. My children are very attached to me and I know they couldn't handle overnight stays without me. I am their routine. Will these things be taken into consideration? I don't mind him seeing them, but I worry about how traumatic it will be at this age. I think they could handle it better if they were a little older.

What does it mean?
i had a dream last night that i was having my 13th b day party and when i did i was in my friendsmoms pool cuzz the party was at her house and it is a manchin and no adults were there. (big part here) and i was drounding and this kid who i sorta have a crush on saved me then kissed me and then later he was on the comp after the party and then he was on the chair and i sat on his lap and started to make out wiht him . in real life he is like 1 yr younger and i think he is kinda hot in real life but i have never been kissed bu a boy so what does that mean

Im very scared. I was told to go on this oral medication for an infection i had on my leg. I could have swore she told me to take two teaspoons twice a day for ten days. BUt the thing on the bottle says 2 teaspoons for once a day for 10 days! One of the side effects of the medication is diaherriah. I just had it this morning! I have been taking the medication for 5 days already and this is the first time i have experianced dihearaha. PLease help me, My doctor should be calling me back soon, i left a message, Did i OD will my liver be ok? Am i going to live?!

is right and yours is wrong? Could it be possible that maybe Islam is correct in asserting that your bible is corrupted? Could the Egyptians, who have built things that have stood longer than your religion has been around, could have had it right from the beginning? Is it possible that the book you hold so sacred really is just another book?

I know you think it's the word of god because people tell you it's the word of god and it says so in the book itself, but so does the Koran, and so does the Hebrew Bible. If yours really was and the others were not, then wouldn't it be evident to all? Wouldn't you have some real world evidence proving it was true and the others were false?

Wouldn't you have more than just "faith" to back it up?

Oh, almost forgot, I really want you to think about this, think hard. Do you know where your bible came from? Do you know who put it together, and what their religion was? Are you aware that the bible is only supplemental, not all encompassing?

i had delivered three months ago and now the problem is that i feel less wanted by my husband or that i feel as if am not cared like before .my husband is abroad and when he was back on vacation i felt i was back in track.But now i am worried that he is gone. i am always thinking that he doesnt care for me like before.By the way i know he loves me still but this feeling is hard to take out.I love my baby and so do i love my husband.I have heard that a lot of women feels the same but will it ever be alright?

For example, if I invested $100,000 and my profit is $10,000, totaling $110,000. Does IRS look at $100,000, $10,000, or $110,000 for tax deduction?
