Does anyone know of anything natural that helps hot flashes?
I get them about a week before my period and I have a hard time sleeping and they are just miserable.

Post-Menopausal™
Hormonal Balance and Healty Aging
Contains flax seed, wild yam, dong guai, isoflavonoids, black cohosh, calcium, and vitamins D and E.

Problem

As a woman ages, she tends to acquire more body fat which makes her more susceptible to the ravages of free radicals. This means she requires increased antioxidant protection. Unfortunately, her dietary intake and body’s production of antioxidants tends to decline with age, increasing her risk of poor health. Also, after menopause, estrogen production in a woman’s body steeply declines. These problems result in:

An increased risk for hormone-responsive diseases
An increased risk for osteoporosis
Solution

Univera Post-Menopausal Formula contains remarkable ingredients that nature provides to deal with women’s health issues. Flax seed and isoflavonoids help decrease the risk for serious illness. Wild yam, dong guai and black cohash have been used traditionally to support hormone balance and overall women’s health. Calcium and vitamin D support bone health and vitamin E is a critical, fat-soluble antioxidant.
