I have tried to cut recipes in half but they don't come out very good and really need help so as not to throw away so much food. Any websites???? Thanks for your help.

Goo - I live alone - but I never cook for one. I cook a normal amount of anything and then freeze TV dinner type meals or individual portions of things.

On those days when I don't feel like cooking - all I have to do is take one of those containers out of the freezer and pop it directly into the microwave. Instant dinner!!!

allrecipes.com has amazing recipes. Not all of them are for one person, but they have a tool that can add or decrease servings. All the recipes are rated by people who have tried them, so you know what to expect!
