Is there a place that sell discounted show tickets in Vegas? Like the one in Times Square in NYC that sells the tickets for that day's shows that did not sell out?

Yes there is and it looks like the place in NYC, I think. It's on the same side of the strip as MGM Grand and isn't far from that hotel. It's a building with a giant Coke bottle sticking out of it. It's between the Grand and the Alladin I think.
Just an FYI, there were 6 Cirque de Soleil shows in Vegas when I was there, but only the Love/Beatles show was discounted. Don't count on getting Cirque tickets there. Blue Man Group was not discounted either.

Also Tahiti Village and its personnel in kiosks at the casinos can help you on this. They have lots of interesting offeres.
