i got a laptop about a year ago and i now want to put windows vista on it, how can i go about finding out if i have a free upgrade to it....there is a sticker on my laptop that says "windows vista capable" and my computer meats all the requiarements....so how can i find out if i can get a free upgrade??

I feel a bit inadequate. I'm going to uni in october but I had a gap year and I wasted it. I couldn't find a job and I didn't have any money to do any travelling. I've looked everywhere for a job and still I couldn't find one. The years nearly over and I feel a bit hopeless. Any words of advice on what I can do to make up for it/feel better?

my children go to a private Christian school that offers that curriculum, I was advised that it is also offered as a home school curriculum...

what are your thoughts? my child is very advanced and is doing great in school. is it the same program? is it simple to teach?

I have a child, a little girl, who constantly pulls down her pants and exclaims "see my pee-pee, see my butt; I wanna see yours" This behavior is alarming to me, but i'm not sure how to tell her that this behavior in inappropriate without making her feel are private parts are "bad". Here is my situation..awhile ago me and my friend use to get into it all the time to the point i felt we needed time apart. we still communicated but i began to understand my pattern of jumping into one relationship to another and never had time for myself. so i began to enjoy my own time and be me. now we cool but i get condemned cuz i said i was not ready for relationship cuz of newfound feeling forself. she felt like i did something wrong and it is not like i don't care but we are always in argue mode and then i felt it is very important to recognize my own identity and learn to like myself. am i wrong for feeling t hat way or should i cave in and agree to going back t o relationship
