We learned about early america and whichever countries sailed to it. Our teacher didn't tell us what countries visited early america. That was supposed to be our homework. I need three countries that visited early america and what they changed in it.

Hello,

Proof wise the Vikings did as one of their settlements was found in Newfoundland in the early 60's. Dr. Vargas and some clleagues from Mexico think the great Chinese expedition navy that travelled the world at that time (1472) may have landed in Mexico but this is being disputed at this time.
Speculation wise some believe the Phonecians reached as far as America and South Africa but this has not been proven.

The first European contact with the Americas was with the Vikings in the year 1000. Leif Erikson established a short-lived settlement called Vinland in present day Newfoundland. It would be another 500 years before European contact would be made again.

Several medieval Arabic sources also suggest that Muslim explorers from Islamic Spain and Northwest Africa may have travelled in expeditions across the Atlantic to the Americas between the 9th and 14th centuries.

that was a quote from wikipedia... then came amerigo vespuci who named all the land fromt he western hemisphere "americas" ... then there was Columbus who arrived in costa Rica in 1492. then the spanish came in 1512...more about it here:

I won't tell how they changed it, but I can tell you that Spain, France and Great Britain were the early ones to the Americas. However, the Vikings from Scandinavia were the first, but I assume that is not what your teacher is looking for.

Spain, France and England.

All 3 brought their religion (by force if necessary) and disease. The diseases they carried the native peoples had no immunities against.
