I am a bisexual high school student and am puzzled by this. Take for example notable "Christians" such as, say, Jerry Falwell. Falwell had openly opposed homosexuality, calling famous LGBT people "immoral". Also, Rev. Falwell lead the Moral Majority, a group that opposed everything I believe in. How can you call yourself a Christain when you call others immoral?
Not to offend anyone here, but I planned a party to celebrate his death.

I am active in many of my church's activities, however It is becoming more and more clear that my kind is unwelcome in the Christian scene. I even overheard some of my congregation discussing this topic: the phrase "there is no such thing as a gay Christain" came from one of the members I used to respect deeply.

I was recently Confirmed in my church but I wonder if I did the right thing. How can I be a Christain when my fellow church members refuse to accept me? Doesnt the Bible say to love your neighbor?

Ok, talking with him more and flirting with him seems way easier than blurting it out. So I was wondering how many guys would actually ask out a girl who didn't upright say it or show it?

So put yourself in this situation. You have a girl in only one of your classes who is a year younger than you. She smiles at you and talks to you, but she has never told you that she likes you or showed it very well. Would you try and ask her out? Or, would you want to see more of an affection from her so that you know that she likes you?

My boyfriend and I moved in together three years ago. When he moved out of his house, his mom gave him several boxes of what I would call junk. The contents include report cards, awards, school work...etc. from his childhood. Another box had ornaments from his childhood. There is also an ugly quilt that his dead great-grandmother made and gave to him.

I tried to donate that quilt once with his permission. It was in a new garbage bag, ready to go, but we, unfortunately had a visit from his sister and mom. They were nosey and dug through our garbage bag and found it, took it out, and basically said, "You better keep this because Great Grandma is dead."

WHY? We don't ever use it and we have very little storage room. I also want to toss/give away these ornaments that seem oh so sentimental to THEM, not US, yet they wouldn't take them! What do I do?

Also, no one will ever look at old school work/report cards (not for memories), right? Can I toss them without fear?

i need a new hair cut or style. my hair now is past my shoulders. but it is frizzy. and thin. i would like it cut up to my chin in an angle from long in the front to shorter in the back. but i don't know how it would look, i have a roundish oval shape face and i an fat, do fat people look good with short hair? would it compiment my face? any other hair cut styles?

Hi!
We want to get married but I am pregnant. With that, it is very inconvenient to have a reception, plus my father most likely will not be able to attend since he is out of country anyways.

I was thinking if it is ok to have the actual ceremony in 2008...hm during winter? That way baby will be almost 1 year old.....
