Scared? I doubt it very much.Concerned? you bet, thats Tony Stewart in his reaview, not some rook,Tony is great on road courses as is Jeff. Both those guys know that if the other one is coming in your rearview on any course, but especially a road course you better get ready for a battle. These are two multiple cup champions racing out there and both those guys know that fact, very well.My guy lost out today, but I won't hang my head in shame, again thats Tony "freakin' Stewart out there.

No, of course not. Jeff Gordon is the all time winningest driver on road courses. He did EXACTLY the same thing that Toni did, only Toni did it earlier in the race. Even Toni said that the only way he was going to get by the 24 is if Jeff made a mistke and he did. Gordon still finished 9th, and STILL only has 2 finishes outside the top 10. Everyone else should be happy of the points system, or the Championship would already be decided. One other thing that Jeff did was give an interview after the race. If it was Toni spinning out with 2 laps to go, he would have pushed the person and pouted and cried and run to his hauler. Even Toni fans know this is true. How many times has Toni had his owner or crew chief do the post race interview when he has a bad finish? Sorry, for some reason my keyboard will only spell his name like this.

Only because Tony is leaving JGR am I saying Jeff will win first. I believe if smoke were not leaving and liked toyota even a little he would be all over Kyles bumper by now, team mate or not. Its confusing as I believed Tony liked to win regardless of what he is driving but something is amiss this year. Right out of the box... Guess we will have to wait until next year when he is back in a bowtie. So my guess would be Jeff and this weekend. But I still hope it is Jr kissing the bricks...

He was probably paying too much attention to his rearview mirror. Stewart spun in the same manner as Gordon earlier in the race. I'm glad that Gordon spun (I'm a Stewart fan), but both of these men are truly phenomenal road course drivers. I'm also psyched to see that Robbie Gordon finished in the top 5 after being robbed in Montreal last week.

No. I think he was just pushing himself too hard that he was going to fast through turn 1 that he got loose and spun the car. He said that he wanted the win really bad.

Dude! Lighten up! Loosen your tie and enjoy life.
Haha.....
This question has been by far one of the dumbest questions I've read on here. Gordon scared? Haha.... NEVER! He damn sure hasn't been scared or psyched out, he's been in the points lead since Feb.

No jeff was a half a second ahead he didnt have to worry about smoke he was killing him in turn one. He just drove in over his head like every racecar driver does in his career. He had it in the bag and just screwed up. Smoke lucked out twice to win that race. Edwards could have spun him on the restart but he was too nice.
