pull backward toward you on the trun signal lever a slight click and spring load will be felt... and if working the high beam blue light indicator will light on the dash when brights come on

It's mounted on the mast jacket (steering column) under the dash. A rod goes down from the signal light lever to activate it. It's held on to the column with t 2 screws.

Mounted on the side of steering column,straight down from turn signal lever,when you pull the lever,there is a small rod pushing down on the dimmer switch.Same set up like GM vehicles of the same year range.

yes turn signal lever but dont jerk the s*@t out of it, just lightly pull towards the steering wheel, you will hear and feel it click, then pull again to turn them off

You know where you turn on the blinkers ?? all you need to do is grab it like you are going to turn and pull up high beams , hope this helps.
