A ferry boat? A bit unusual, but not gay...

I presume you mean a fairy (as in a sometimes winged being from the fey races - often associated with being gay) rather than ferry as you wrote -- since then your friend would be going as a boat for Halloween.

The answer is no. Fantasy, the most successful form of fictional literature at this point in time, is full of elves, fairies and so forth.

I suspect that your friend has no more chance of being gay (10%) than any other man. Don't let his costume fool you.

Fairy or Ferry? A ferry, well it will be difficult to pull off, but certainly not gay. A fairy, well, there has to be some male fairies as well as female fairies, otherwise there wouldn't be any tiny little baby fairies now would there...?

I believe you meant Fairy like Tinkerbell, and if you didn't think it was gay I don't think you would ask the question.

The answer a costume dose not make a person gay or straight. Either you are or your not.

Now if your asking if you will get teased about it, the answer is most likely.

A ferry would be a difficult costume. Where to put all those cars, passengers, the obeservation deck? I think the costume would be intricate and take a great deal of time to make. Maybe the correct adjective would be creative.

it could mean that he's gay or a crossdresser, but it could also mean he has a sense of humor and wants to shock people. I guess it depends if he looks like a pretty fairy or a demented tooth fairy that you wouldn't let within 100 feet from your child's bedroom;p
