If I had a DC brushless fan that requires 12vdc to operate, and realized this fan can produce electicity. Would it be possible to make an array of the same type of fan and let wind blowing on the array, power the lone fan for cooling? Is this possible?

I've been seeing this guy for about a month, last weekend we spent almost the whole weekend together. Things went great. He even initiated going to a waterpark this weekend with my daughter and I. He called yesterday (Friday) and said he had to work on Saturday (today), and that we should go next weekend for we could spend the whole weekend at the waterpark. He said that he would for sure like to meet up sometime this weekend and that he'd call me when he's done with work (today). I didn't hear from him, so I called and left a message saying, "hope you still want to meet up sometime this weekend, just give me a call." Do I try again tomorrow? Or just give it a couple of days for him to call? How should I take this? Is he no longer interested because he didn't call, or am I expecting too much too soon (maybe he needs his space)? I just look at it if you really like someone, wouldn't you want to spend your Saturday evening with them? I just don't need games or confusion.

It seems that ESPN can not get a clue about how to cover a NASCAR event. The saddest part of this is the fan gets screwed. ABC does exceptional coverage of INDY but for some reason ESPN cant use a similar formula for NASCAR.

Your watching the race, very into the race, they go to commercial, a wreck happens and what does ESPN do?? They continue with the commercials. TNT and FOX immediately cut back to the action whenever a yellow comes out, even if it for stupid debris on the track.

The ESPN commentators dont realate to people, they dont even move their mouths when they speak. I dont know how much BOTOX they have in the truck but i am sure they are all using it.

Note to ESPN: Stop promoting all of your announcers crappy projects, we dont want to hear them talk about how great they are or were. When a yellow comes out, go back to the action. Show the action as it happens, take some lessons from the guys at FOX and TNT.

Note to NASCAR: DUMP ESPN AND LEAVE IT TO THE EXPERTS!!

I'm trying to think of a tv show, circa around 10 years ago, which featured a war between earth and aliens (set in the future). I don't remember much other than the fact that it took place on ships and various planets, and a particular scene where two soldiers are listening to music and one says "what's that" and the other responds "old earth music, the (sic) pink floyd." Other then that it was pretty much carnage interspersed with talks about feelings. Any ideas? Thanks.

What really get's on your nerves??? Here are a few of mine:

1. Cyclists driving on very busy streets that clog up traffic because everyone has to change lanes to avoid them
2. People that park so close to you that you can't get in through the drivers side & have to climb over the passenger seat to get in
3. Grocery clerks that put other food items on top of my eggs.....grrrrrr!
4. Telemarketers that call asking if I need new windows or doors when I leave in a NEW house
5. When a car in opposing traffic is making a left turn & they keep moving forward so you think they're about to turn & hit you

I'd better quit while I'm ahead & leave some for you guys!!!

Strange turn of events for me - had a big family, everyone was real close - done a lot of things in my life and lived in many places - had many good friends -- but within a span of around five years, I lost contact with past friends & my family members all happened to pass away, all from natural causes -- REALLY STRANGE to basically find myself an "orphan" with almost no contacts! Sort of like some kind of movie "plot" that I could ever imagine ever happening to me. What would you do if suddenly you had no one? No ties - no obligations - no reason.... but you could go anywhere & do anything? Or not? Or, why? Where would you go? How?

The leaves on these trees seem similar to those on the plum trees, but blossom with little blue/purple flowers whereas the plum trees blossom white. If they are, indeed, the males, do I need to keep both of them - one for each fruit-bearing plum tree, or is one male enough for both of them? Can't they cross-polinate each other? Or do they have to be different species? Thank you.

Hi. I am planning on starting a non profit helping local children. There is no organization helping out with this specific problem locally so I expect many children will be in need of this service. I would need to devote 100% of my time to this and would continue running it for years to come. My question is about earning a salary. If I start it I will be the President of the the board since I have all the ideas to start. Since board members don't make a salary, can I also be CEO? How do I go about running the org and being able to pay my bills? I don't need info on how to start a non profit, just how I can run things and earn a salary. Thanks a lot.
