A few flaws here. First of all, no one pays an actress for a movie "per year". Secondly, you couldn't possibly know if anyone in show biz would want you after the first movie; you can't be in demand until you have actually done something! Thirdly, if you are going to college in a couple of months, you wouldn't be a med student; you have to finish college before you can get into medical school. So nice try, but your best option would be that community college. Take an English class while you're there.

Actrees, of course, then with the 700,000 a year, you can pay you own scolarship when you finished your movie, but if your movie gets an Oscar, then you can play a "Doctor" roll on your next feature movie... :)

Doctor, more stable life style. You help the community and if you live in a college town you get a LOT of perks!
