1) Chaos as strikers blockade Central
Workers' protest blocks Queen's Road. Metal workers on strike for a fourth day brought traffic in Hong Kong's central business district to a standstill as they faced off with police. They're demanding to raised back their basic pay as it was cut during the Hong Kong crisis.
2) KCRC launches Commemorative Ticket on the Inauguration of Lok Ma Chau Spur Line - a limited edition of train ticket to commemorate the inauguration of Lok Ma Chau Spur Line. The commemorative ticket will be for sale on 15 August 2007 at ticket offices of East Rail Sha Tin and Mong Kok stations. Priced at $100, will be valid for two journeys on standard class on KCR East Rail and Ma On Shan Rail (including cross-boundary service and Racecourse Station, but not applicable on KCR feeder buses)
