I am a 26 Year old Male with a Weight gain problem! For some reason over the years my weight seems to be increasing. I don’t understand why? I eat a regular diet, my meals are of normal proportion, and I do not eat after 8-9pm. I exercise thee times a week at a vigorous intensity for roughly 1+ hrs each time. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits, and 95% of my meals are wholesome home cooked meals. My blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is normal; my resting heart rate is mid 50’s. When I do exercise my endurance seems to get higher and higher but my weight (fat) seems to increase. Can someone help me out?
Specs, right now I stand 6 feet 4 inches tall weighing in at 273lbs each year this number increases and no one can help me understand as to why?
