I know some children do it but why adults One want's to vomit when you see it happening at a red traffic stop. They look at the piece of dried snot taken from their nose and then put it into their mouth.

That is quite disgusting
Honk the horn so that they will look at you
Start pointing and laughing at the top of your lungs
Roll your window down, lean in, and ask for a sample in the most awkward voice you can make
That should really embarass them.
Or run out and give them a kleenex!

Why on earth do you want to look at other drivers? Besides which it strengthens the immune system. Also bogeys are quite tasty.
