It's hard to explain, but I have had the feeling for a long time that I'm not using my time to the best of my ability. I'm just wasting the days away looking striving towards something in the future, yet when 'the future' arrives all I do is waste time looking towards something else.
My situation is I have 2 months of freedom- I have a house, car, money. I can do (within reason) whatever I want. Yet all I do is waste my days on trivial things like shopping or housework. It's not a case of I-could-die-tomorrow-so-should... more like this feeling... is this what life is? I've wasted so much time and energy on fruitless exercises and why do I continue to do so?

Sorry if this is a bit confusing, but I need to work this out before I can sleep and there's probably no-one I know awake who I can talk this through with. It'd be interesting to hear anyone elses thoughts, whatever they are! Thanks.

My registries haven't shown any new purchased presents in a couple weeks. I'm kind of worried because a lot of the items were less than $20, so it's not like I registered for crazy expensive things. I'm sure they all know where we're registered.

I am having the wedding at a hotel on an island in Michigan, so it's not really remote, but it might be a hassel to carry a present on the ferry. I've had about 100 RSVPs as coming, so I'm just not sure what these people are planning. I don't know what the average plan for these type of things is? Money or small gifts? I'm not sure .

( I'm not trying to sound spoiled by saying I WANT PRESENTS, I'm just wondering what people do in this situation, so NO RUDE ANSWERS PLEASE)

ok, i put this question in the general sports section and it wasnt working so ill try it here. my horseback riding trainer is on a big "no stirrup" kick. i have been with 3 different trainers in the last year and they all have different ways on how to do no-stirrup work. should i just let my legs dangle down, or should i hold them as if i had stirrups? my trainer now says they should dangle down, i trust her judgement, she is a olympic level rider, but still. (just a FYI, i would like the answer to be directed toward a H/J rider). thanks!

Hi I was wondering if a puggle is right for me (12) and my parents. I have a sister that is nine also. Here are some questions:

1. are they to hyper to handle?
2. when they are older is it hard to pick up?
3. do they let you pick them up without fussing around?
4. do they howl a lot?

My parents raised me as a vegetarian ever since I was born...now I am 12 years old, 5'1 and a half, and only 78 pounds....? Yea, Im preeeettty skinny. =] but i guess its better to be skinny than fat lol =]

soo.....how do i gain weight without eating meat?

( i dont eat meat or seafood- i eat everything else- milk...eggs..wheat...=)

i just want to gain 5-10 pds, and be slim, not skinny =] most ppl want to lose weight and here i am wanting 2 gain weight...=]

so, any tips?

A blonde, wanting to earn some money, decided to hire herself out as a handyman-type and started canvassing a wealthy neighborhood. She went to the front door of the first house and asked the owner if he had any jobs for her to do.

"Well, you can paint my porch. How much will you charge?"

The blonde said, "How about 50 dollars?"

The man agreed and told her that the paint and ladders she would need were in the garage.

The man's wife, inside the house, heard the conversation and said to her husband, "Does she realize that the porch goes all the way around the house?"

The man replied, "She should. She was standing on the porch."

A short time later, the blonde came to the door to collect her money.

"You're finished already?" he asked.

I do not have low confidence. I can talk to girls easily if the barrier between us has been broken. I am comfortable with myself the majority of the time. I am also happy most of the time and I really dont take things too seriously. However, I am shy (although I have "fooled" one girl, I am in a psychology class), so I plan to ask a girl for her phone number or to talk some girl for the first time and I get all excited, but when the time comes the idea leaves my mind or I just get nervous and later I feel as though I have let myself down. The most dominant reason is that I have a fear of redness (I have rosacea). I guess the rosacea side of me (that has all of the qualities I do not like) is scarred (I have had bad experiences) and it seems not to matter that I try to improve myself confidence and self-esteem all the time (by always visualizing things and being positive with myself). I guess I am afraid of falling into weakness (that is how I perceive it).

i woke up this morning and something on the right side of my face was kind of itchy and stuff (oddly, it was on part of this brown spot on my face) it looked a little red at first and then i started itching it alot so i peel a litttle of the skin off and now it looks like a ring and and the middle it's a little lighter than my normal skin color. its reddish looking too and it burns. is this gonna go away? pic- http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o280/miniviking10/080607_18591.jpg

I had one from june 29th-july6th...
Then nothing for a week...
Then another period from July 13th-20th...
then nothing for two weeks...
Then for the past 5 days I've noticed scant amounts of blood, light pink mucus to start, and now a little darker, brighter red color.
Its not even enough to wear a pad and seems to be only when I wipe after going to the washroom.
Has this happened to anyone else before?
