...I can best answer this with yet another life story...for years, my step-son maintained his disbelief in God...for years, we prayed for him...one day, when we were talking about "stuff", the subject of Faith came up...it was during this time he shared with me just why he turned away from believing in God...he apparently became bitter while growing up that his parents divorced, that his step-father was abusive and that his beloved grandfather had died suddenly...he prayed for God to help him...since the "answer" was not IMMEDIATELY forthcoming, he assumed God was bogus...
...so, I asked him if his life had improved over the past 20 yrs and he agreed that it most certainly had...then I said he just had one of the longest answers to his childhood prayer that could be imagined.....the look on his face as he began to realize just how much God had truly done to help him was heart warming and earth shattering....he's a believer now

If we see life as troublesome and challenging, certainly counting with friends and family is being taken care of, so strenght should be enforced as proper self esteem and love to be taken for granted if one deserves it back. The almighty is able to care and restore, as many others with full contact with their endurance and possibilities, we all grow and evolve, our paths may not cross yet are but endeavoured. Believe in yourself, the love you give, and please others, specially different, so your reward can wait upon your departure from earth.
Peace be with you. Agnus Dei.

over and over again God has been faithful to me, when people who call me their friends desert me. Yes God is the only one that can restore life- I really think God has allowed me to "lose" those who I thought were close to me, to bring me closer to the One that never fails. Praise God for that!!
for those who said that they reach out for help from God and got no answer- reach out and give your life to Jesus, forget yourself and you will find God to be real. God is not there just to please you, He is God!!

I was once spiritually dead. I asked God for help and he either A) ignored me or B) doesn't exist. I rebuilt my spirit my damn self.

There have been a few times in my life when I felt so alone and so sad---in those times I prayed and was comforted because I no longer felt alone! I am thankful for that----Blessings!

God does nothing. He doesn't exist.
When others cast me aside, I have to take care of myself.
There are no spirits, either.
