My right eye sees perfectly (I think) and my left is not so good. I was just wondering does an eye doctor ever prescribe just ONE contact lens?

I have my first optometry appt. tomorrow morning, so I'm just curious about my options and what I should bring up with the doctor.

Dan Brown, author of "The Da Vinci Code" asserts in his novel that the Holy Grail is not the cup of Christ, but his living descendants. This is a theory that some Grail historians have believed long before Dan Brown ever started writing "The Da Vinci Code". I'm not sure I believe that...but I'm curious to know what you think.

About 12 yrs ago me and this guy was together. We lost contact and we both married and divorced. About 3 yrs ago, we somehow reconnected. I wanted so much to believe he changed his life. Because of his ways, we didn't make it 12 yrs ago. I was willing to relocate to Texas to be with him. His mother and sister told me to be careful with him. In the last two months, alot has come out. Like I said I thought he changed. He's going to marry someone that has Lupus, not working, 6 kids and grand kids. Her parents are paying for a wedding, getting them an apt. In our last conversation he told me that he loved me and he has to do what he has to do.

Often I hear weird noises that aren't actually happening and I see objects, people, or animals that aren't actually there. Sometimes it's disturbing, too; I'll see skeletons (which scare me so much, I don't know why) or a relative that is dying or has passed away. It's getting a little freaky. I also get chronic headaches that are there one minute and gone the next. What's going on with me?

I have. I lost my father about 4 1/2 years ago, I still talk to him from time to time and hope that he can look down and see the life I've created for myself and my daughter - he always worried about us because I'm a single mother.

i just got verizon dsl on friday and it worked fine that day.then last nite and tonite it kicked me off at around 8:15 .last nite i tried the quick support,the modem off and on and i even called tech support but nothing helped.right now its quater after 10 pm and im not sure y it was able to connect me and its slow but why does it kick me off at around the same time every nite?i havent changed any settings or anything,anybody know how to fix this problem?any help is better then calling tech support.i use the standard kit with a modem nothing wireless.windows xp.westell 6100 modem.
