when fishing before you put the worm on the hook,do you give it a name. my son has actually done that

Yea but my son doesn't fish with them he keeps them as pets.

I haven't, but my 3 year old grandson names them all "wormy".
He also gets mad when he reels in the line and "wormy" is gone. Then he says that wormy must have gone swimming. LOL
Man, I love the way children look at things.
