Survival is contingent on eating. Never feel guilty...you are doing your body - and health - the best service you an provide.

I am overweight,so I get what you're saying. The more you try not to think about it,the more you want to eat.But it sounds like you need some confidence.Have you ever thought about counseling?Even if you never get thin, you can still find a way to accept you for who you are and be okay with it.Even though I am fat,I am alright with myself, but it took me years to get there. You can do it,too.

I don't...and I'm sorry that you're going through it. I hope that you find someone to talk to about this and get some help. It's not healthy for you.
