I have recently started to change my eating and exercize habbits to get healthier, but my biggest problem seems to be that I am most hungry in the evenings. I get extremely ravenous even though I will eat breakfast, lunch, and a snack. Eating healthy in the day time is easy for me and I do not struggle with it but at night I fight against the "unhealthy food snack monster" does anyone have any healthy suggestions to help stop this? It really is important to me to get healthier.

I like evanescence and thought there weren't many bands like it, but recently I listened to a few Lacuna Coil songs and was blown away. Of course they're very different from evanescence, but what I mean is are there any other rock bands with girl's singing so good out there?

Not the ones that have other guys screaming in the back and with a lot of death metal influence. I mean more melodic ones, a little gothic but not that much. Thank u!!!

sometimes i don't get if my best friend really cares about me talking about guys. sometimes i feel she's just listening. she rarely gives me advice and if she does, she says i'm obessed or something. i feel weird for asking this but, why do you think she doesn't like to talk about guys rarely. sometimes she does, but rarely unless we are talking about who she likes. i don't know. i've known her forever (litterly) and i just don't get why she's acting like this.

How many of you creationists have actually formally learned about evolution. It does not say man descended from apes as that is what you all seem to say. You say the fossil record is incomplete, but do you really think that every single fossil is going to be found? Besides, DNA similarities make up for the holes in the fossil record. DNA similarities may not sound like a lot but if you had actually learned about DNA you would see how similar and how much evidence is derived from that. Finally, it is not based on the fact the humans and monkeys look alike. I have actually seen that a few times.
