I was bitten in the face by a dog when I was three and have a scar on my cheek. I still remember parts of that day. Care to share a story???

when i was 4 i was sitting on the handles of my dads bike going down a hill. i got really scared and tried to jump off. my foot got caught in the wheel. one of the spokes in the wheel broke off and went into my ankle, then proceed to come back out of my calf...and ripped the skin inbetween open. i remember smidgets hear and there of that day but not alot. i still have a scar there, and i will prob have it for life. but i love my scar, its a part of me and i think it would be weird with out it lol do you feel the same?

I have several, a few from the chickenpox, then I got this scar on my leg from when I fell from a fence, then I got this scar on my foot from when I was in the swimming pool and my foot was behind the pool ladder thing and a stupid friend hit the ladder on purpose unaware that this would result in a 'puncher' effect, you know when you punch holes into paper? Then there's a scar on my wrist, when I was climbing up some rocks on a beach, slipped and accidentally cut it on the edge of a rock...3 stitches...ouch...oh and then there's this scar on my chest from when my younger brother bit me...hard...we were both just little kids...and I think that at the time that that was the highest biting point he could reach...

My daughter was bitten in the face when she was four.
The dog got the left side of her top / bottom lip and the section underneath her right eye.
If he had bitten any higher, he would have gotten her nose and her eye.
The doctor that treated her at the hospital was one of their best plastic surgeons. The stitches under her eye are no longer visible as he was able to put them right in the crease and as she's grown, it's no longer noticeable. The scars around her mouth are only noticeable if she holds her mouth at angle - and then you can see a while diagonal line.

When I fell in first grade, they had to get an ambulance to the school, and I had a bad concussion......
and in DAYcare before preschool, I tripped on the wood border of a playground, and my head slammed onto the concrete path! I had to go to the hospital (driven) and I had to have like 7 stitches! I don't think they had me on much painkiller though....................... It hurt, and I still remember, I was strapped on to the table, as they sewed up the gash in my forehead...................
And all of the times that I've fallen on my elbows and knees! Wow. I have a scars on each one.
Oh ya! and when i was in the park and fell of my bike on the sharp corner of the path has left a looong one. I guess this is a lot of scars!?!?!?!

So im sittin there in the wash room thingy me n my bro r messin wit stuff n i find a razor blade thing (the one things that chip off paint) i pulled one out n i thought i was goin to get in trouble from pullin it out n i could get it bac in so i pushed as hard as i could and sliced the crap outta my finger i ran to the bathroom n put a towel on it i was scared to come out cuz i thought i would get in trouble for stainin the towel so wen i get out we try to go to the hospital but my uncle is drunk n wont let us go n barfs n the truck wen we get to the hospital i go up n need some stitches i cried bloody murder my mom ran into the bathroom barfin n now i have a scar of an x on my right hand ring finger

I have scars on the bottom of my feet, the top of my head and many places in between. The worst ones are the scars in my heart and mind.

I have one on my right knee from a nail that was sticking out of a door jamb. I got it after watching "The Little Drummer Boy" on tv in 5th grade. I hobbled around on recess the next day.

i stepped on a stick or glass when i wuz three and almost needed stitches but it wuznt tht bad and i still have the scar from tht on my foot
when i first got cut i didnt notice i was outside and it took me like half an hour to find tht i wuz bleeding

Right under my chin from falling off the top bunk when I was about 5 or 6 and needing stitches.

okay- mine's pretty short. I have many cuts on my knuckles (no, I'm not 'emo') because I was in the pool about a week ago and I was swimming at the bottom (about 8' down.) I accidently scraped my entire hand up (and my right leg) pretty badly!
