Definetly City of Angels, it came out in 1998. It is such a powerful movie and my favorite band of all time(the Goo Goo Dolls) wrote a song for it. The lead singer, Johnny Rzeznik, had previously given up playing guitar, playing with the band, and writing songs for a few months because he wasn't feeling inspired by anything. The producers came to him and asked him to write a song for their movie and he sat down and wrote the song in one hour. It became an instant hit and was #1 on the charts for I think 18 weeks. Anyway, the song(Iris) fits the movie so perfectly that it is almost a little weird. It's probably the best movie I've ever seen in my life. You should really see it if you haven't already! This was a really great question, thanks so much for asking it, have a great night!

depends on my mood...
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory if I want something to make me think. Of course Hamlet with Mel is good too.
Supertroopers to make me laugh
Freedom Writers to make me cry
Most any scary movie I have never seen before if I want a thrill. The Final Destination movies are tried and true for me.
Of course if I am entertaining friends it depends on the atmosphere of the group.
If I am entertaining a romantic interest is changes accordingly also.
If it's just me and the guys any of the Godfathers or Die Hard is good
I'm sure there are other moods I am forgetting

recently I have seen 1408, I know who kill me and Simpson's Movie I really liked 1408 but I know who killed me was a little better. Simpson's Movie well...For sure they will never get old,but it seem more like I was just watching a TV show instead of a movie,so as for me at least right now I would pick............. I know who killed me.

Try Korean movies. They're good. Real poignant. My all-time favorites are My Sassy Girl and its prequel, Windstruck.
