Our homeowner's association is proposing to restrict owners from renting out their house. Most of our community's residents are outraged. An association should only be concerned with the exterior appearance, maintenance and
noise levels and not have any say on what goes on INSIDE
the house. Of late, homeowner associations have been slowly trying to take away freedoms, ie: banning the American Flag after 911 in one Southern Florida community... So long as the exterior of the house is
kept up according to covenants, no one should be concerned
who lives inside. If they pierce our walls, is the next step telling us that we must not watch TV past 11 pm? -or worse?
Any input or information on this issue would be very much
appreciated! If you know of any laws in your state or personal experiences, please let me know. Thank you!

i have got a offer from nigeria that i'm selected as a Senior production engineer, and they said me to get nigerian visa, but they(embassy) ask me to pay usd$1650 for visa processing, they asked me to pay the amount through western union money transfer. They said me that i have selected in nigerian oil and natural gas company. but they(message sent from embassy people) said me to transfer the amount to a account advisor but not to nigerian embassy account. Thats what i confused , please give me a solution.

Ok, so here is the deal: I have always heard that older women, some of them anyway, like younger men. I LOVE olfer women and can think of nothing better than having the opportunity to be with one. My fiance and I had made plans for a big, traditional wedding this fall. Two of my bridesmaids and I are no longer friends and the other one is too sick with her pregnancy to be in the wedding. His groomsmen all live out of town, and it has become a hassle to get them to do anything. A lot of our guests live out of town also, and so we really are not too sure if anyone will or can show up to the event. I am disappointed because I feel that it would be a waste to go all out with the planning if no one is there to see it. What suggestions do you have that me and my fiance could do for a wedding. I don't mind if it is small, but I want it to be beautiful. Location, reception ideas, decorations????????

I grew up believing in both. My father was a jew and my mother was a catholic. I dont really even know the whole story about both sides, however, i know that i believe in Jesus and i was saved by him. I also believe there is a god and that Jesus was the son of god.

i just want to know if it is possible to love/believe in both at the same time? and if not, why? Thank you :)

We are in the process of buying a forclosure (incredible price for a great neighborhood) but the listing agent for the bank has been rude and uninformative, and we currently don't know if the house is really "ours".
We had an engineer into the place and signed our part of the contract last Monday, but have yet to hear anything back from the bank. They have not sent back their signed parts or set a closing date.
We're a bit worried. Our current home has a buyer and we have a closing date--but we signed thinking that the forclosure would be our new home.
The other day while at the house, another listing agent was showing the place and I overheard him tell his clients, "There's an accepted offer but you can easily outbid them." He was obnoxious, and my heart sank.
Could they give the house to another buyer, even if we already signed the contract? If this happens, could we make them pay us back for getting an engineer report or pay our rent? We'll be left homeless!

I am almost 17 and noticed even when I'm not smiling I have somewhat of a crease from my nose to mouth.. it isn't too noticable, but if my face is wet or in picture you can tell. I was curious if this was normal? I also have a little bit of a crease under my eye and I am very paranoid about people seeing both of these, but when I ask close friends they say everyone has it, and it's not even that noticable. I don't know if this is normal, but I'm always worrying about it.

Does anyone have any GREAT remedies to get rid or reduce both of these? I also don't drink much water and someone told me that if I start drinking more, it will reduce the lines because my skin is dehydrated..is this true?

HELP!
