I just had two nectarines after a 1h workout
Its 6:45 PM. Am I a horrible person?

What you eat or don't eat does not make you a nice or horrible person.

Nectarines are low GI, and a healthy snack.

They contain 'good' carbs, help with fluid replacement and energy recovery, as well as containing fibre to keep you regular.

Yes. low carbs doesn't mean no carbs. You are eating healthy complex carbs, so relax.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Its a myth that eating carbs at night automatically gets stored as fat, that only happens when you take in a n excess amount of calories. Besides that carbs are used most efficiently by the body after a workout when the body needs to restore lost energy. So no you should not need to flog yourself with the coveted Atkins whip.
