I have owned a few baby turtles and they should be consuming turtle sicks, but if they are not, then you should try earthworms,a favorite of most young aquatic turtles, it may be the type of commercial food that you are feeding them, Reptomin has good turtle sticks and they even make smaller ones witth diiferent nutrient for the youngsters, i have had success with these but if these turtles continue to not eat the food or worms then perhaps they are not comfortable, make sure their enclosure is suitable, a 10 gallon glass aquarium with water 3-4 inches deep is ideal with rocks from a pet store or boiled ones stacked to allow a place to hide and a place to sun themselves, , if further anorexia occurs then it may be medical and either you take them to a vet or back to where you got them, it would also help if you said what type of turtle they are, best of luck, I have had many turtles before and i faised a few from near hatchlings, I specialize in Eastern Painted Turtles and Red-Eared Sliders, once again good luck and turtles are pretty hardy little guys, either they come around or are ill.

This happened with my baby painted turtle when I first got him. Put each of them in a separate container, like a plastic storage box or a critter carrier with enough water to cover the tops of their shells, but not so much that they can't stand, and put maybe 2 pellets in there, 2 mealworms, 2 small chunks of strawberries, an earthworm and a small lettuce leaf in there and repeat for the other. Turtles have their own personality and may not like what the other likes. Leave them in there for maybe 15-20 minutes and then check back on them. If they have eaten, you will know. Just see what they have snacked on in that time period and that will probably tell you what they enjoy and what they will continue to eat. Also, putting some small live feeder fish in the tank with them will allow them to hunt as they wish.

I just recently have had turtle concerns. My father inlaw found this turtle and brought it home for my daughter. I went out and spent a lot of money on a tank and stuff for it. I was worried because I never saw him eat. I was thinking of releasing him. Finally I saw him eat. It was after like two weeks. I think maybe he was unhappy because of his captivity. Or maybe they dont eat that much. Beacuse was like several days before I saw him eat again.

They take an awful lot of work and need very special care. Please see
http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/Care/caresheet-red_ear_slider.htm
for complete care info. Basics are a 10 gallon sized tank for each 1 inch of shell length, a basking area to climb out of the water on, a basking lamp, thermometer to monitor basking temp (digital thermometer a must), a water heater, a water thermometer, a powerful water filter, a UVB bulb which must be within 12 inches of the basking area and changed every 6 months, and change the water very very very often. Feed a variety of foods in a separate tank to help keep things clean. Do not use plants or gravel in the tank. Gravel will cause fatal impactions.

that happened to me when i first got my turtles. they will eventually eat it. even though you dont see them eating it, they do eat it. feed them at least 2 turtle pellets, several times a day.
any other questions, just search it online, or go to petco. at least thats what i did. good luck with your baby turtles!

Try a variety of veggies (not spinach-bad for them), fruits, and live food (goldfish, guppies- if smaller turtles, etc.). The live fish will give them exercise too.

You may also look into whether or not they are carnivorous. I know with red-eared sliders the younger ones are more carnivorous than the older ones, in which case you could try feeding them low fat raw meat.
