Is pizzadox (for games) safe? can i trust it?

Safe as in not containing any spyware / viruses? Yes, I would say so, as at least one domain, www.pizzadox.com, is dedicated to hosting the trainers. If they were dealing out viruses, they would have been shut down long ago. Also, I have used at least one Pizzadox trainer, and never gotten any spyware from it.
Safe from crashing your game? If the software was updated / patched from the version that the trainer was designed for, then when the trainer tries to modify an address in the memory of the game, it may crash the game or make it unstable.
