I really don't understand why every time I look at the religious questions it's always atheists picking on Christians or visa versa. Can I get both atheist and Christian opinions here? Why can't we just live in peace without tearing each other down?

1. Would you vote for Hillary (or another democrat woman)
2. Would you vote for Condi (or another republican woman)

If your answer is no on either of them, then you are not voting on the basis of gender only, and I urge you to look at the issues. I would vote for a woman, but there is no way I would vote for Hillary, (and probably not Condi even though I have a lot of respect for her, I do not see her as a strong enough leader to lead the country.)

He dresses in every hue of blue
with his pair of thinning jeans
he is the boy
constantly flicking his ebony hair
out of those
gorgeously enticing blue eyes
which dance whith his inviting smile
the smile that lurks in the corners
of your memory
forever playing on your heartstring
like a foriegn harpist

you don't always notice him
his gentle nature
quietly watching you
as he slips through the back gate
he sldes up behind you
as your shifting through long lost memories
he wraps loving arms around you
entranced by your avid gazing into nothingness

but i
the foriegn girl
in a stranger's world
have looked beneath
this simple apparition of a lost adolesence
and seen the saving grace
which radiates from within

I have heard that 25% are hispanic-americans, but how many are irish-americans, polish-americans, italian-americans, etc. or how many are of mixed ethnic origin. I know back in the 1930's as well as today many catholic ethnicities are intermarrying as well as many converts are marrying in and out of the religion.

the other day i saw a little white sack with black dots in it. i think it is an egg sack but not shure. do baby betta fishs need a father? how do i take care of a babie betta fish? do i put them all i 1 bowl with each other? i bought my fish from wal-mart and they said it was a male but i think it is a female and i dont have a male betta in there at all ad i have had it for almost 2 months HELP PLS DONT NO WHAT TO DO!!!

I currently work as a land buyer (residential) in the uk and am considering moving to Australia. I have done some research about transfering my experience across, but wondered if anyone had done/or knows of someone that has done a similar thing and could adivse me on anything from best companies/recruitment co. to use to the pitfalls and things to avoid. I don't think that hip hop play a stereotypical role in blacks today. but I do think that Rap play the role in why we don't have more successful young blacks. now this isn't a north, south east or west rap issue. its a issue where these rappers don't take into account of what the words they are feeding to kids, affect how they react physically, and mentally. the rap today is the cause and effect cycle. first some people don't know what the difference between Rap and hip hop is. it takes a lifetime of studying what the cultures are. hip hop is more than a culture itself. it breeds good positive men, men that are MC's. ex: common, kool moe dee, run dmc, etc. rap doesn't. rap consist of no creativity. the rappers of rap today talk about the same worthless thing. the jewels, degrading black/ all colors of women. initiating bodily harm, yada, yada. (ex: the young jeezy's, the ti, lil wayne, shop boyz, huey, etc.) and now our kids today don't know how to separate themselves from it. they see these rappers as people that they felt overcame the hood and that they can do the same thing. black parents left these kids in front of the TV with these rappers, and too much free time to experiment. too many of our black parents have to spend taking too much time off their kids to work. and some of these parents are living in a single home. we were raised to let the TV, become our babysitters. that's why these kids can hear a kool moe dee record, and not know who he is. because of that, some of these kids try to imitate what they glamorized, because the rapper gave them what they liked to see. so now, when we try to let the kids hear what hip hop is, they say its boring, because it doesn't contain the negative of what they are used to hearing. and its also due to some of our black men that should parent these kids. they are either in jail, dead, or doing the same thing that the rappers rap about. some of our black men are too " prideful" to dumb down themselves to the kids. there are many reasons. as for me I was fortunate to know the difference of what hip hop and rap is.
