I am turning 32 yrs old and would like to know what are some outrageous birthday party ideas.
So far I have come up with:
Roller Skating Rink
Rent a hall, food - catered, and DJ.

Here's a couple ideas...
Jaws was released in 1975, the year you were born. Why not have a pool party with a shark theme. Or...
The very first micro-computer was released in 1975, the altair8800, so you could do a tech-geek party theme. Or..
Busch Gardens in Florida opened in 1975, so you could have a party at a local theme park...
Hope this helps...

I would rent a hall/or a park and have a luau theme- Decorate with pineapples, fake palm trees, tiki torches, lookup Hawaiian-themed food and drinks. Punches for the kids. Have a pig roast (about $300.00) and have everyone bring a sidedish based on the Luau theme. If you are outdoors, have a limbo. Use a tiki torch/bamboo marterial and have soem fucky music to go with it. Have everyone dress with Hawaiian themed clothes, guys with shirts and kakhi's girls with wrap skirts and bikin tops or tank tops. Have fun with it. Tons of ideas and cheap decorations too.
I think it will go over with everyone. Decorate with colored or plain Christmas lights drapped. The colors will go with the decorations. You could use jars with sand and pineapple or fruity scented candles as toable toppers. Also those hula girls that move would be fun and hilaroius!
I have seen this party theme before and it is a hit!!

Party BUS!!!! Has a dance floor and DJ and lights, full bar and a lot of fun for all. Fits 40 people and is an unforgettable experience. Call your local limo companies, everybody chips in, it's usually catered food, find out what your options are. Have fun!

The best birthday party I have been to yet was on a party bus. It fit about 20 people and had a DJ on board and they took us around to bars and clubs. Everyone was about 30-35...it was a blast!!!!

Maybe do a girl's night out and say you are turning 23 backwards? lol...i think that would be fun. You could rent the hall and have a Karoake person come..those are fun. Do a big treasure hunt..i've always wanted one of those. I'm planning on it for my 30th birthday. Have one great prize at the end, but everybody has to bring you a gift to get their first clue lol...

Rent out a bowling alley, hire a DJ to play music from your high school days. Make everyone dress like they are still in high school. ROCK AND BOWL!

Cosmic Bowling in your area. That's always fun. You can rent half the place. They usually have pizza, drinks, hotdogs, popcorn etc. and bowling is fun for everybody -- especially Cosmic Bowling.
Have fun and Happy Birthday!

It depends on your interests and if your friends would be willing to join you, and of course, how much you want to spend!
I have heard of thirty-somethings doing everything for parties from Chuck E. Cheese to strip joints!!!
