I've bought a dish tv on 17-7-07,paid the whole amount of 3k.I still have'nt recieved a single channel.The Dish tv employees came to my home and installed after 3 days and took an additional amount of Rs.1300 from me as installation charges.I have'nt recieved a single channel till date(26-7-07).
The problem the customer care says is the product is registered on the shop keepers name and they are trying to reregister it to my name.Can any one suggest me can i take this issue to the consumer court and how can i do this...?

i believe that its wolves or possibly the mixture of all of them. they're all capable of producing offsprings, so the chromosomes all work out, right? anyways, selective breeding came from thousands and thousands of years. i think its quite possible that dogs came from wolves..

Does a king or president have some sort of Divine Right to over-rule the Fifth Commandment simply by formally declaring war? If I first declare war on my neighbor, is it then OK to kill him?

well i got a 1290 on the sat's...not including the writing part...i know that that is a pretty good score but i got a 710 in english/composition and a 580 in math...will the 580 score look bad as colleges look at my scores??? I just went to play tennis with my bf and a few of his friends for the first time. I havent played since middle school and I was pretty sucky, but my bf was pretty bad himself along with the others,,,but all he did was make fun of me and make me feel bad. It was funny at first, but even though I improved towards the end of the night, he'd still say I was crappy and give me the head shake of disapproval. He was just as bad as me though. Do you think couple's talk rude to each other or with attitude because of lack of respect? We don't talk to each other that way....yet, but I didn't feel very encouraged with the way he was acting tonight. Why do you think he was that way? Is he starting to not like me anymore?

i'm probably gonna get a few people in here saying eww butt hair but really everyone has it. So the problem is i cant shave or wax because my skin is sensitive and i get really bad irritation and ingrown hairs etc. So i was think instead of trying to eliminate the hair maybe making it less noticeable by bleaching is the next best thing?
