My daughter in law is mad at me for not calling her in the week before my grandson's birthday party at the park. She planned it to be just cake and gifts. I had told her weeks before the party I would bring some food, and brought a lot of good things to eat. She is mad at me because I didn't call her in the week before the party. I called her the Monday before and she said she was just going out the door and would have to talk to me later. She didn't call me back all week either. Does anyone out there feel sorry for me to have my nice son married to a ***** or what? And should I send her a "i'm sorry" card so I will get to see my grandson.

I asked out a coworker of mine (because she was sending me a lot of signals) and got turned down. It ends up she turned me down because she was interested in someone else, even though they aren't dating yet. I don't think she realizes how much this hurt me. Is there anyway to let her know how much she humiliated me, or even make her feel it?

is there any big deal about it? i mean.. after 2 mths, 5 mths, 7 mths, 1 year, etc. to be honest, im not demanding girl, way too far from big expectation. like ive seen men give their gals diamond ring after 2 weeks dating then breaking up next month grrrr...

and yep some info may have been wrong, but we got rid of a ruthless dictator, my heart bleeds haha! but now what?!
I want to support the troops and this great nation. I agree and blasting the crap outta some slimeball thugs but my prez says stay the course. But even I as a conservative republican, who isnt the slightest bit libturd, wonders what is the course? GW wont spell it out for me. I just wanna know when and what is the victory? I am not sure if trying to make them have our form of govt is the total answer. I like a view ive heard about separiting into three states like here and letting the kurds and shiites and sunnis live in each one. let them defend themselves against militants. we have trained them for over 2 years to do this!
I support our troops with all I got I am prior service too I support our prez though i may not always agree, but I just wanted to know what is the course?

I just got married and bought a house with my husband prior to getting married. My question is, what are my rights to the house. I don't know much about this stuff. I just wondered...if he wanted to sell the house, would I have to agree or can he just do it without my consent as he is the primary breadwinner? Just asking in case he changes his mind about the house. I like it here...don't want to move. Thanks - BTW I live in Canada, don't know if the laws are different here.

I have an old Gateway Solo 2550 (Intel PIII) with originaly Windows 98 installed plus a working cd drive, working floppy drive, and working pc card lan. There is a 6 gig harddrive that SMART says is failing. I got rid of the battery because it couldn't hold a charge. There is no cpu fan because it fried and it has a keyboard where some keys are missing and some don't work. It has 64 megs of memory and its wonder I once had Windows XP installed on it but that was before I reformated in an attemp to fix the failing harddrive. Anything wireless is not much of an option because I dont have wi-fi or any wireless network. I know that its a piece of crap and ANY help for it is a stretch but I got hope for it and I know there is somewhere I can put it. I would appreciate any ideas. So can anyone help me-Thanx

So I finally was able to get my boyfriend to make us a couples' counseling appt which is free thru his work. We've been to 5 weekly sessions and I feel that we are getting nowhere! Instead of working on concrete problems (he's irresponsible and it stresses me out) we spend half the session doing silly worksheets like "the 10 myths of love" and talking about how bad our childhoods were. Worse, I feel like whenever I do bring up an actual problem, the counselor turns it around and explains that my bf acts this way because he's still acting out rebellion towards his alcoholic father. I think she's enabling my bf to act like a child instead of taking responsibility for his actions in the present! Is it a case of "you get what you pay for" or is this how counseling really works? What should I say? Our last "freebie" appt is Fri.

Okay im not emo or anything but........

Theres this girl who ive become REAL good friends with......

Actually i think shes the only one ive ever loved besides my girlfriend.

I really do, but...well

She kinda is disowning me i guess...she says "she cant keep torturing herself" being my friend when she loves me in reality.

So basically im dying as i write this......

Im man enough to admit im crying my eyes out, and i cant get the pain to stop.........

Okay i need to explain better:

I love my girlfriend for dear life.....shes everything to me and always will be, and she deeply loves me back.

But this girl......i started to feel love towards her after a while, love like for my girlfriend.

But she cant do it because........she cant be with me because shes never been in a relationship longer than 3 months because she doesnt like people to get close
