Federal law prohibits any retailer from refusing the sale of birth control to any customer. The only restriction would be based on the consumers capacity to make the purchase -- so a child under 1 year old could certainly not make such a transaction.

I haven't heard anything about an age to buy condoms, but remember that pregnancy isn't the only thing you must fear, there are many deceases that condoms can't protect you from. Abstinence is the safer way to avoid all that.

No, there is no age restriction. It' illegal for a store employee to deny the sale of a condom to someone.

I dont think so. If you are going to have sex I think that authorities would rather you be protected than trying to restrict you and making a mistake.
