The part of the First Amendment that says “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion” is called the Establishment Clause. It is the Establishment Clause that causes most of the arguments. Why do you think most Supreme Court justices, along with many political and religious leaders, believe that government should not help religion in any way? What could happen if the the Establishment Clause did not exist?

My 2 grandsons aged 4 and 2 are uncircumcized and I notice they have trouble controlling their stream when urinating, sometimes peeing all over the bathroom. Both their father (my son-in-law) and I are uncircumcized also, but I don't recall when or how my foreskin was retracted.

I am a Texas resident myself, I love it here, probably wouldn't live anywhere else in this country, but I'm getting pretty sick of the religious right. Do you think that Texas will ever join the modern school of thought, or always be about the moral majority? Serious answers, please.

I am wondering if patting the cheese on the top of a cooked pizza with dry paper towels removes any decent percentage of the fat content.

I've noticed that much of the oil from pizza cheese seems to migrate to the top of the pizza when it is cooked, so perhaps removing that oil does a little, but I don't know if it compares at all to the fat still remaining in the cheese.

Any insights?

I am Blasian (Black and Japanese). Everytime I tell people that it is like I am being challeneged by others: "is you mom full Asian?", "Can you speak Japanese?", "You don't look Asian at all". It gets very annoying with all the comments I get. I have gotten to the point I dont mention it. I am also treated like I am lying about my nationality-which is an insult.

Is there something offensive about being both Asian and Black? Why is the world trying to disprove it? Does anyone feel like me?

Okay I have been a vegetarian for a while now and I have started to buy protein bars!I bought 3 diffrent kinds! A chocolet chip one I hated! A blue berry crumb cake one I had to plug my nose to eat because I needed protein and I am trying the smores one tomarrow! Any sugestions on a good tasting protein bar? Also chocolet protein powder at walmart for 12 dollars and it is a HUGE tub of powder! Any good?

Reasons:
1. Illegal wire taping
2. illegal detainment of US citizens without proper and timely due process.
3. lying for the lead up to the war.

I am sure that we can think of many other things, but the reasons listed are my concerns.

The MOVEMENTS TO IMPEACH SEEM TO FALL SHORT OF GOALS:
1. Dennis Kucinnich introduced articles and it was ignored.
2. John Conyors, Barbara Boxer, Republican Chuck Hagel explored these issues publically.
3. Seven states considered resolutions and Vermont passed a resolution but all have fallen short of gaining serious national attention.

Zogby poll says that 53% of Americans will support impeachment. (This includes dems and conservs).

Now that it is election time Bush's own party has parted ways with him b/c he hasn't given them a good record to run on!

(( This president seems to be above the law and above criticism!))

When are we going to be about the business of doing this and stop giving this lip service???

I've been expiericing some pain in my right eye now for the past 5 days.

I went to my eye doctor, he says he saw nothing wrong. He said I might have some inflammation due to wearing new contact lenses so he gave me some eye drops and sent me home.

I want to mention, I do have Multiple Sclerosis and I did suspect Optic neuritis but the eye doctor and my neurologist said they don't believe that's the issue because my vision is fine and they see no signs of it.

So I went to my PCP, she said that my eye looks ok but she sent me for a CT scan just to make sure there was nothing serious going on with my eye/behind the eye.

She told me she believes I'm suffering from Migraines, but I don't feel as if it is a migraine.

Is eye pain with movement and steady dull achy pain behind the eye common with Migraines?
